If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Rules in Palm Beach County, Florida.

You and WIPI waive:

jury trials
class actions
representative claims
Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable.

18. Speedy Resolution of Disputes

All claims must be brought within one (1) year of arising.

Counterclaims may be filed within 30 days of receiving notice.

20. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida.

If arbitration does not apply, disputes must be brought in Palm Beach County, Florida courts.

23. No Waiver
